Lovely holiday home with swimming pool and sea view, suitable for up to 6 people.

No other buildings are visible from the house, last house in the village, with large garden, spacious terraces at the front and rear.
The sun is on the back terrace in the morning and sets at the front behind the fjord Rasa. Ample parking for several cars with charging point 16 Amp in the driveway.
In addition, there is an opportunity to bring a boat, quad or motorbike with covered storage, but can also be rented here.

Spacious living room with Ikea sofa bed and air conditioning.
2 spacious bedrooms with beds that can be placed together.
Kitchen with combi oven, kettle/coffee maker and fridge freezer.

Pets are allowed, but must be declared!
New are the charging point for electric cars and the air conditioning in the living room.
The use of these can be charged extra at a normal rate.
The swimming pool is equipped with a cleaning installation, superficial dirt must be removed by hand (landing net). 
In the morning the sun is lovely on the quiet back terrace, which can also be reached through the door in the kitchen.
The rest of the day the sun is in front, until it finally sets behind the mountain ridge of Raš-Bay.
You can do your shopping in Labin, where there are 4 large supermarkets and an indoor organic market.
Convenient location to all sights in Istria.  
The Istrian peninsula has a wonderfully mild climate and is known for its beautiful nature, quaint medieval towns, surrounded by that crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Labin is centrally located on the southeast coast of Istria with the well-known seaside resort of Rabac just a stone's throw away. The old town of Labin itself has several restaurants and offers views of the surrounding area, the island of Cres and Ucka, the highest mountain in the area.
Rabac, as the largest seaside resort in the region, offers in addition to the many terraces and day recreation, also boat trips to the islands of Cres and Losinj. 
All sights and well-known cities in Istria, such as Pula, Vsar, Rovinj, Porec, but also Rijeka, Lovran or Moscenicka Draga can be reached with an hour's drive.
Many beaches and small coastal towns in the immediate vicinity.
For the tough hiker, a path leads from the house to the bay.
