In the morning the sun shines wonderfully on the quiet rear terrace, which can also be reached through the door in the kitchen.
The sun is on the front for the rest of the day, until it finally sets behind the Raš-Bay ridge.
You can do your shopping in Labin, where there are 4 large supermarkets and an indoor organic market.

The Istrian peninsula has a wonderfully mild climate and is known for its beautiful nature, picturesque medieval towns, surrounded by the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Labin is centrally located on the southeast coast of Istria with the famous seaside resort of Rabac a stone's throw away. The old town of Labin itself has several restaurants and offers views of the surrounding area, the island of Cres and Ucka, the highest mountain in the area.
Rabac, as the largest seaside resort in the region, offers not only many terraces and daytime recreation, but also boat trips to the islands of Cres and Losinj.
All sights and famous cities in Istria, such as Pula, Vsar, Rovinj, Porec, but also Rijeka, Lovran or Moscenicka Draga, can be reached within an hour's drive.
Many beaches and small coastal towns in the immediate vicinity.
For the tough walker, a path runs from the house to the bay.
We are present to receive you and will stay around Labin all summer.
