Welcome to Brisacroatia – the place to be for an unforgettable holiday in Croatia.
Apartment 4 can accommodate up to 6  people.

Hidden between the green hills of the Croatian village of Rogoçana and only 5 km from the beach you will find apartments Brisacroatia. 

This stylishly furnished apartment offers 100% privacy on your terrace and everything you are looking for in a holiday. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a spacious living room, wifi and a kitchen and lounge area, you will experience your holiday in true comfort. Take a dip in the pool and then relax on the sun terrace. Relax and enjoy the view. You share the swimming pool with the other guests of the apartment complex. There are a total of 3 apartments.

Please note! Clothing optional/FKK/nudist in May/June to 5 July/Sept. 

In addition to relaxation, discover the beautiful bays of the fishing village of Rabac, stroll through the characteristic streets of the artists' town of Labin and enjoy the unspoilt nature.

Welcome,

We are Jos and Jacqueline, come from the Netherlands and are the owners of Villa Brisa and apartments Brisacroatia. We bought our house in 2015 and renovated it into a luxury villa. Where we purchased adjacent land in 2019 to maintain all privacy. We have built a beautiful apartment building there. We fell in love with Croatia in 2012 and even got married there in June 2014. The name Brisa is a combination of the names of our daughters: Britt and Isa.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For groups with young people, the average age must be above 35 years!!
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 4 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 120th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
