Holiday home in Croatia, Dalmatia, Okrug Gornji - apartment Croatia Seaview
The wide view is a welcome surprise every morning to see what is happening on the water. The fishing boats are out early to catch fresh fish. The first sailing boats show up on the water and sometimes there is a yacht or cruise boat. Enjoy with your cup of coffee or breakfast.
A sun canopy protects you from the sun if you are looking for a place in the shade. An extra seat for the balcony to really look out over the island and the water.
And of course there is also a flower bouquet. So from nature.
The apartment is fully equipped. With 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms it is very practical for a family with children and everyone has their own privacy. The 2 balconies (large and small) ensure that you have plenty of sun in the morning and evening. There is an awning on the large balcony

The apartment is south-west facing. That is why it is always wonderful to stay outside and enjoy the sun when you want it. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets. This also keeps any insects out if you want to sleep with the window open at night.

View of the beach from the water. space for sunbathing, completely free beach and clean pure water. It is about a 400 meter walk to the beach (slope). Only 5 minutes by car and you are on the beach.

Trogir (UNESCO protected) at only 4km. You will find an extensive range of terraces, boulevards, eateries, cozy squares, market, fish auction, etc. You can also marvel at the most luxurious yachts here. The jet set comes ashore here for a snack/drink. The youngsters go island hopping.
The market in Trogir. Vegetables, fruit to kiss and to taste. All kinds of local harvest and drinks, figs, olives, cherries, peaches or liqueurs. Lovely to walk here. Opposite is the fish market where you can be early in the morning to buy freshly caught supplies of all kinds of fish.

Walking on the island gives unexpectedly beautiful views. The island offers several hiking trails.
A beautiful panorama of the green foothills of the peninsula
And then the numerous beautiful fishing villages in the area (such as Franjicka and Marina) or the luxurious marinas in Trogir, Split and Rogoznica). But also Primosten is a gem of an island to enjoy. The area is filled with these beautiful places.
Split, after Zagreb, the largest city in Croatia, is 25 km away (30 minutes). Also UNESCO protected with the remains of the old palace in the middle of the city. Here the Boulevard Split is always a nice place under the palm trees after a viewing or shopping
The famous KRKA waterfalls are 50 minutes by car from the apartment. A visit to these beautiful waterfalls and to the town of Skradin is really worthwhile. Look for Bill Gates' boat (when he's not sailing)
