Welcome to our fully equipped holiday home in Kaštel Stari, ideal for one or two families.
The house offers a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi (350 Mbps) and private parking for up to 4 cars.
Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV. Enjoy the saltwater pool (heated/coolable), large deck with outdoor patio and TV, fire pit with grill, and gym with beautiful ocean views.
For children there are swings and a trampoline, and for older children or teenagers there is a separate recreation room under the terrace with billiards, darts, home cinema, TV and Bluetooth speaker.
Shops and fast food are just 500 m away. Train and bus station are within 5 minutes walking distance. Through Wolt, food or anything from the supermarket can be delivered directly to the accommodation. For transportation, we recommend Uber.
The center is about 2 km away, with beaches, cafes and restaurants.
The accommodation is also available in winter, as the climate is mild and pleasant, ideal for a relaxing break overlooking the sea, sightseeing without tourist crowds or for quiet work in the home office.
Our house is located in a quiet and safe area, perfect for a relaxing stay. The entire house and grounds are for your exclusive use, so you can enjoy full privacy and freedom. We want you to feel comfortable and safe at all times, so we have made sure that parking and access are easy and easy to see.
