Kaštel Stafilic is a town in Kastela Municipality in Split-Dalmatia County, Croatia.
The municipality is an agglomeration of seven smaller towns located on the coast of Kaštelanski Zaljev (an almost landlocked bay), northwest of Split and east of Trogir and Split airport.

All towns have a name preceded by the word Kaštel, which means "castle".
The house is located on a pleasant square and you also have your own table and chairs to enjoy an aperitif or breakfast. The house has all utilities. There are 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a laundry room and bathroom with walk-in shower. Around the corner you have the boulevard with cozy restaurants and cafes. A 300m walk further you have a beach with a beach bar.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
