The beautiful villa Lysabetha, built in 2013, is equipped with all modern conveniences. With a few steps into the azure blue water. Across the bay, just a 5-minute walk away, is a pebble beach with beach bars.
The house has its own parking space. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen, sitting area with wood stove and a cozy large dining table. A staircase leads down to the spacious terrace with outdoor table and chairs. You can reach the sea in no time through the lockable gate.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe and access to an intimate loggia. The second bedroom has sliding doors to the upper terrace, a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is the second bathroom with shower and toilet. The small living room, with sliding doors to the same terrace, has a cozy sofa that can be converted into a third double bed.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.
On the upper terrace you can enjoy the unparalleled view over the small bay and the open sea. In clear weather you can even see the coast of Italy!
In the basement is a storage room containing the washing machine. Next to the basement is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after swimming in the sea.
At the front of the house is a parking space for two cars.
The house is located in the quiet area Lozica II of the holiday village Rogoznica.
Rogoznica is a lively village with many pleasant summer activities. The center is 2500 m from the house and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There are many restaurants, 7 supermarkets, a daily market, butchers and bakers. Rogoznica is known for its large marina Marina Frapa. Of course it is possible to rent a sail or a motor boat or to make day trips.
Split Airport is 40 km away. Cheap flights from Schiphol with EasyJet, KLM and Croatia Airlines. From Rotterdam with Transavia.
Zadar airport is approx. 115 km away. Cheap flights from Rotterdam with Transavia, from Eindhoven or Weeze (near Düsseldorf in Germany) with Ryanair.
