Quietly located in the hills of Bonaire, this beautiful villa was built 16 years ago. Since mid-2010 the Villa has been rented out only in the months that I am in the Netherlands. The Villa on a plot of 3.000 is quietly located in the beautifully maintained residential area Sabadeco Terrace, this area is located in the hills and therefore has a breathtaking panoramic view over the Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire, distance as the crow flies to the sea is 600 m.De dive sites Andrea 1 and 2 are reachable within 3 minutes.
Beach can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The town of Kralendijk is 10 minutes away by car.
The part of the villa, that you rent, is a total of approx. 300 m2, this includes the very large and quiet Porch of more than 100 m2; the beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and extra spacious pool deck with covered Gazebo of 35m2 as well as the outdoor shower. You rent the entire right wing of the villa, see front view photo; (The private part of the villa is closed and I am not present in the villa during rental.)
So you are always the only tenant. There is a dining table on the Porch with 4 wicker chairs, the private pool and Porch to yourself!; The large covered gazebo with a dining table with 4 wicker chairs. This spot is wonderful if you are looking for some cooling and is located in the middle of the large garden of over 3000 m2 and between the beautifully rising palms. There is also the outdoor kitchen and the outdoor shower, the rocking chairs and the sunbeds by the pool. Your accommodation inside is approx. 100 m2. with sliding doors to Porch and swimming pool and with 2 large bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms complete with 4 sinks, 2 toilets and 2 showers in total, a cozy living room with TV + Netflix; You Tube; Disney+ Etc. Also there is TV your in bedroom. The kitchen with granite counter top, ceramic hob and combination microwave, toaster, table grill, coffee machine and Senseo, safe, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment.

In the town of Kralendijk you will find many good restaurants. Excellent opportunities for divers, Bonaire has one of the most beautiful dive sites in the world.
Do you want to have a sporty holiday on Bonaire? Bonaire has all that and is more than just diving; Did you know that there is a large windsurfing area, with shallow water ideal for learning the sport of surfing? There is also excellent kiting, mountain biking, cycling, walking, swimming and lazing at your own pool and on the beach, enough for a wonderful vacation on Bonaire.
