Detached villa in a tropical garden of 2200 m2. Complete privacy through the vegetation. Quiet neighborhood, on the 3rd line from the sea, about 300 meters to the beach. The 3rd bedroom is located in the guest house. The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a separate guest toilet. The rooms are equipped with Panasonic air conditioning split units. There is a WIFI from Telbo provider. There is an LG smart TV, an induction hob and an American refrigerator (freezer, ice cubes and cool water). The garden is enclosed by a wall. A large magnesium pool with a depth of 90 cm to 190 cm. A porch with a view of the sea and Klein Bonaire. Our Toyota hilux can be rented at an affordable rate.

Ingrid and Cees own Villas 16 and live permanently on the island. Easy for the tenants, because we know all the ins and outs of the island and can offer immediate help when needed. We ourselves live on Sabadeco Terrace. We also have a toyota hilux available for rental at the house.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
Make sure you have cancellation insurance before making a booking.
