The villa sits on in private community with a shared pool and free parking. Not too large for a couple, but with enough room for the whole family, the villa is within walking distance to the Andrea I & II dive sites, and less than a 5 minute drive to the closest dive shop and grocery store. Freshly painted with new bedding and other upgrades, Villa Pearl is a comfortable home base for your Bonaire holiday. Equipped with smart locks, so you don't have to remember keys while you're diving, all our upgrades had comfort and convenience in mind. We even remembered the Roku tv, Alexa to play music, and high speed internet to be able to connect with your friends and family back home!

We also offer a rental truck package, subject to availability. Come make memories on our beautiful island in this well appointed villa.

Explanation of prices

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the host via email (even if this has already been communicated to the host by telephone, for example).The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the renter only informs the host on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) use the rented object, they remain liable for the full rental price.
