The Reef Villas have an open porch with spacious sitting area and large dining table, beautiful garden with infinity pool and are equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, a BBQ, outdoor shower, rinse tank with storage for dive and/or surf gear etc. Villas Sea and Sun are 2 identical villas of which you rent 1.
Each villa is completely private and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, its own kitchen and living area and a private pool. Villas Sea is the left and Villa Sun is the right villa.
On the 1st floor, the villas are luxuriously furnished with a smart TV, Sonos sound system, a beautiful lounge, a spacious kitchen with island and all necessary kitchen appliances such as an induction stove, combined convection oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, American fridge with ice and there is also a washing machine with accessories.
On the ground floor there are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with both a fan and air conditioning and each with a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The Reef Villas are equipped with beautiful lighting all around, a keyless entry system and a camera system.
Bath and bed linen is provided sufficiently, also pool towels and these are changed half the week together with the cleaning which is carried out 2 times a week.
The Villas have just been newly built, with a luxurious finish and every comfort using a lot of wood and natural materials and colors.
An attempt has been made to keep the ecological footprint as low as possible: for example, the swimming pool is a magnesium saltwater pool, a heat pump boiler is provided for hot water and solar panels with battery storage are used.
There is enough energy for normal use, but guests must be aware of their power consumption.
