Open the house and a large terrace invites you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor living concept to the fullest. You will be amazed by the panoramic view!
From the kitchen, living room and terrace you can see as far as the salt pans in the south and the Slagbaai National Park in the north. Imagine a delicious cocktail while the sun sets into the sea. You might even catch a glimpse of the 'Green Flash'!

The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2021 with the beautiful and luxurious furniture from Dacks. As soon as you enter the house, you enter the open kitchen and living room with the beautiful high ceiling. Connect the electric roller doors
inside with the large, partly covered terrace outside.

There is a magnesium swimming pool , surrounded by a cool coral stone sundeck. There are sunbeds and a parasol available.
The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you would expect in this villa, including a large American refrigerator, dishwasher and oven.

The main house offers 3 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



* The house is located in Sabadeco Crown West, a new neighborhood that is still under construction. The roads are asphalted.
