Holiday home Diamar is located 6 Km from La Roche en Ardenne. In an oasis of peace but close to La Roche en Ardenne.

Our house has extensive Wellness facilities:

Hammam - Sauna - heated swimming pool (May to September) - outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi combination and set up under a gazebo so that you can enjoy this installation even in rain or snowfall.

The house is equipped with all modern comforts and has a quiet location. Located at 420 meters altitude in the mountains of the Belgian Ardennes.. Winter sports facilities cross-country skiing trails of Samree, vecmont, barriere de Champlon, Tenneville, Baraque fraiture

It is a detached house with a large enclosed garden that is closed.

There is a very spacious terrace, partly covered.

NO BUNK BEDS, 11 FULLY SLEEPS/BEDS, 1 CHILDREN'S BED (2ND CHILDREN'S BED POSSIBLE, 12 SEATS AT THE TABLE AND TABLET KITCHEN / TABLETS FOR > 32 PEOPLE.

The house is in accordance with fire safety and equipped with the necessary fire & gas detectors.

Outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi with 10 seats, the hot tub is placed under a gazebo so that you can enjoy this facility even in rain or snowfall.

The hot tub is offered without obligation. If NO use NO charges. if used, you will find the costs under "additional costs" Water & wood use. Ask us for info if not clear.

The pool is equipped with a glass media filter installation and heat pump, the UV-C filter keeps the water bacteria, germs and algae free, which means that there is only a minimum chlorine level in the swimming water. Chlorine is not so good for the skin, hence.....Filter capacity 20.000L/h

The hot tub/jacuzzi can be offered as a hot tub or as a hot tub/jacuzzi. Unlike a traditional jacuzzi, ours has a glass media filter installation and a UV-C filter installation to keep the water clean, bacteria, germs and algae free. No jacuzzi chemicals like "anti-bacteria, anti-flock, anti-foam, chlorine in our water. The water contains sea salt which is gentle and healing for the skin.
At colder outside temperatures, the present heat pump ensures that you do not have to heat up from the outside temperature via the external wood stove. this shortens heating times and firewood consumption.



Activities: Hiking, mountain biking, winter sports, water sports, kayak. plenty of tourist sites, and so much more. Numerous beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity, Nisramont reservoir, L'herou, Col de Ortho, La Roche,…….Caterer services available on request.

For periods deviating from the standard changeover days and number of days of stay, you can always contact us. If possible, we will find a suitable solution for you.

You can rent per week, weekend, midweek, Christmas and New Year period only per week.


Note regarding the rental deposit, for young groups we may consider adjusting the deposit, this will always be done in consultation.

Pillows and duvets are provided. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are brought by the tenants. You can find the mattress and bed sizes in the information we send you.

Since the beginning of 2022 we can also offer bed, bath and kitchen linen. This is done in collaboration with a linen service. We take neither profit margin nor any commission on this service, you pay the net prices.
