Guided tours are important to us, so you can immediately start your stay independently without having to search through folders and manuals. Tenants come on leave and don't have to waste time researching and calling the landlord. Our cleaning lady cleans as if it were for herself. We will certainly inform her about your review.
Furthermore, it is normal for us to inform you as well as possible,
Handing over the key and no further contact seems impersonal and not really hospitable to us.
Info about activities, sights, ski slope info, hiking info, restaurants, etc....
And this for the period of your stay is essential information.
Inquiring once if everything is going according to plan is a small effort.

Sometimes you feel upon arrival that it immediately "clicks" between tenants and landlords.
We had this feeling upon arrival.
With a few exceptions, we receive good and exemplary tenants through Micazu. Just like now.
In our opinion, our house is very suitable for family groups that want wellness, space, peace, nature .hiking..... etc...
It's all possible.
Thanks for the tip regarding the glasses, sometimes something breaks, the cleaning lady cannot check everything during the cleaning. That is why it is important that the tenants keep us informed. We do not experience this as criticism but as useful feedback.

I am limited in time to have the house ready between 2 rental periods.
Our goal is to have the house ready on time for every tenant, this has been perfectly successful this time.
