Holiday home Diamar is located 6 Km from La Roche en Ardenne. In an oasis of peace but close to La Roche en Ardenne.

Our house has extensive Wellness facilities:

Hammam - Sauna - heated swimming pool (May to September) - outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi combination and set up under a gazebo so that you can enjoy this installation even in rain or snowfall.

The house is equipped with all modern comforts and has a quiet location. Located at 420 meters altitude in the mountains of the Belgian Ardennes.. Winter sports facilities cross-country skiing trails of Samree, vecmont, barriere de Champlon, Tenneville, Baraque fraiture

It is a detached house with a large enclosed garden that is closed.

There is a very spacious terrace, partly covered.

The pool is equipped with a glass media filter installation and heat pump, the UV-C filter keeps the water bacteria, germs and algae free, which means that there is only a minimum chlorine level in the swimming water. Chlorine is not so good for the skin, hence.....Filter capacity 20.000L/h

The hot tub/jacuzzi can be offered as a hot tub or as a hot tub/jacuzzi. Unlike a traditional jacuzzi, ours has a glass media filter installation and a UV-C filter installation to keep the water clean, bacteria, germs and algae free. No jacuzzi chemicals like "anti-bacteria, anti-flock, anti-foam, chlorine in our water. The water contains sea salt which is gentle and healing for the skin.
At colder outside temperatures, the present heat pump ensures that you do not have to heat up from the outside temperature via the external wood stove. this shortens heating times and firewood consumption.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices include the use of the sauna, hammam, swimming pool, wifi, petanque, outdoor ping-pong. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch your preferred programs via our smart TV.

You must pay an advance upon booking via bank transfer to our account. You will be informed by email of the amount of the advance and our account number.
Balance and deposit must be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
If the start of the rental period falls within the period of 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount + additional + deposit must be transferred by bank transfer when booking
Advance payment for Christmas and New Year periods to be paid at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Bed, bath and kitchen linen is brought by the tenants or can be booked through our collaboration with a linen service. You pay net prices, we do not take a profit margin or commission on this service.
The linen service also offers a breakfast service at home.

Duvets and pillows are provided.
A bed list is available so that you can put together your bed linen package.

There is a cot with a mattress. Pillow, duvet and bed linen are brought by the tenants.

IMPORTANT!!! If you need a charging point for the mobile charger of your electric and/or hybrid car, you must report this in advance when booking.
We have a connection point for your mobile charger that is specially equipped for you, with the correct Earth leakage and protection circuit breaker. When using a different socket, you risk damaging your charger or the electronics of your battery or car.

We have recently been offering our tenants, in collaboration with our nearest neighbours, the following option: Guided, organized ballads/hikes on horseback. This activity takes place with/under the professional supervision of our neighbors. They have been active as an instructor for years and guide you through the most beautiful and hidden places in the region without any problems. Tours of 4.6 and 8 hours are possible. This for beginners with or without experience, experienced riders. With your own horse or with one of the guides. Requirements: - respect for the horse, nature and environment. - follow the advice of the supervisors. - good mood and desire to enjoy peace and nature What is our role? We act only as a contact person, we have neither "commission" nor any "profit" on the activity. To enable participation, it is necessary to contact us in good time for further processing. A reservation must be concretely and precisely arranged at least 1 week before the start of the activity. If you have any questions about this activity, please do not hesitate to contact us. Stay pets 1. Pets are allowed subject to mutual consent and express permission of the landlord. 2. A child under 1 year is counted not as a full person. 3. 4. The end of the stay - Cleaning 1. End of stay 1. The rented house is always neat and tidy to be left after your stay. You rent our house, we like to provide as much information as possible. We have the following information for the coming rental periods. So that our tenants can already be reassured. YOUR HEALTH IS OUR CONCERN TOO! The Corona virus demands the full attention of the world. We don't want to be left behind. With every cleaning, our cleaning lady will pay even more attention than usual to cleaning doors and handles, sink, toilets, showers and bath, sauna and hammam. When brushing, everything will also be thoroughly disinfected. The house will be ventilated for an extra long time between 2 lettings. We ourselves, do the maintenance of the swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi, in contrast to a traditional jacuzzi, is equipped with a glass media and UV-C filter installation, which ensures fresh, pure and germ-free water. A traditional jacuzzi has one or more bag filters in which impurities are collected. To keep the water pure, only and frequently chemicals are used.
