Beautiful castle villa Santa Maria in Spa "the pearl of the Ardennes". Ideal for reunions and family weekends for up to 15 people because there is something to do for everyone: walking, golf or wellness/swimming in the immediate vicinity of Spa and in/around the house trampoline, slide/swing, bocce, table football, ppol table, tap billiards, darts and sauna.

The villa was completely renovated in 2004 and equipped with new sanitary facilities and a new kitchen. The villa has retained the old style as much as possible and is tastefully and luxuriously furnished, each room has its own stylish color scheme. In total, the villa has 1 kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms (7 of which have their own sink) for groups of up to 15 people. Total living space 350 m². The villa also has free wireless internet.

Hello, I am Lenette van der Meulen. Together with my husband Gert-Jan, we bought the Santa Maria castle villa in 2004 and completely renovated it and attractively furnished it. This arose because our family always rented larger houses and they were often disappointing in terms of atmosphere and design.
