Our apartment house relax was built with high quality raw materials in 2022.
Wood and clay plaster give the apartment a very pleasant indoor climate.

Whether it's just relaxing or an active holiday. The apartment is fully equipped and as an extra the pool is at your disposal. (May-September)

The terrace invites you to chill out and a good BBQ can be conjured up with a Weber grill.

Within a radius of only 2km is the Stubenbergsee with its many offers, the Herberstein zoo, the launch site for a balloon ride, some wine taverns, restaurants and cafes.
The Stubenbergsee is one of the warmest bathing lakes in Austria and offers many leisure activities in addition to large sunbathing lawns...

The price includes bed linen and towels. Furthermore, we offer a free Wi-Fi connection, deck chairs, barbecue and an infrared cabin in the apartment. You will receive the GenussCard during your stay with us

We are Christin and Sven and look forward to welcoming you to one of our apartments soon.

We have been running a surfing & sailing school and a ski school in Austria for years. Having traveled a lot ourselves and with this diverse experience in tourism, we selected and furnished our apartments. We look forward to you spending your vacation with us and feeling comfortable.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

150,00 € - 180,00 €/ night (the maximum occupancy is 4 people).

The prices include 10% VAT for overnight stays. The overnight tax of 2.50 per person and night will be charged in cash on site.

Do you want to stay longer than 14 days? Please contact us, we will be happy to make you a personal offer.

Cancellation conditions: You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply: 90 days before arrival date 10%; Between 90 and 30 days 30% and between 30 and 7 days 50% and less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the total price will be charged. The date of receipt of your withdrawal message counts.
