This luxurious and comfortable corner house was completed in July 2021, 350m from the ski resort Kreischberg
It is part of a small-scale Alpine "holiday resort" in the cosy holiday region Murau-Kreischberg.

The Kreischberg tourist office, a doctor and a pharmacy are also part of the mini-resort.

Within walking distance you can reach the lifts and the slopes (350m), the local bakery with fresh rolls (250m) and for the greater appetite and thirst you can go to the restaurant on the corner 150m away
The center of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with shops and restaurants (600m), can also be easily reached on foot.
The local steam train stops about 70m in front of the front door.
Sankt Lorenzen also has a public outdoor swimming pool about 500 metres away. There is also a playground for children.
 For hikers, the immediate vicinity of Kreischberg is also recommended. As soon as you are out the front door, many miles of hiking fun await you.

For the kids?
Two tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a beach soccer field, a regular soccer field, a skateboard track, an outdoor swimming pool, plus a children's pool, in Kreischberg (with trampoline, a children's pool with plenty of shade and a restaurant), a natural swimming pool in Murau (~4km) with slide and also a restaurant.
In Kreischberg, children don't have to be bored in summer any more than in winter, in the snow. There is more than enough to do in the immediate vicinity and at the tourist office they always know exactly where there are more activities for the younger guests.
