The accommodation is certainly also very suitable if you come with family or friends but still want to retain your privacy. The communal garden with sunbeds, chairs, picnic tables and swimming pool is great for chilling.

Explanation of prices

The rental price is based on 2 people. For a 3rd or 4th person, € 12.50 per person per night will be added.

A reservation takes effect as soon as we have received the 25% deposit on our account. The remaining payment of 75% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Cleaning fee: the accommodation is delivered clean for each stay.

Deposit: the deposit will be returned within one week after departure (unless of course there is damage, in which case it will be deducted).

Use of accommodation:
We ask our guests to treat the accommodation and property with respect.

House rules:
No parties or other events!

Capacity:
Our accommodation is rented for the exact number of people who have booked. If more guests arrive than planned, we have the right to refuse them.
Accommodation is not permitted without consultation.

Valuables:
We cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the villa or garden and disclaim all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.

Deposit:
By paying the deposit you agree to the rental conditions.

Cancellation
We recommend that you take out travel insurance. If border(s) and/or airport(s) are closed due to Covid-19 and it is not possible to travel, the reservation may be postponed or we will issue a refund.

This rock formation is clusters of huge boulders in an area just north of Hooiberg and 5 minutes from the apartment.

The Hooiberg is a 165 meter high conical hill on the island of Aruba. Located about 5 minutes by car. The hill is located in the center of the island and is visible from almost anywhere. It is the second highest hill on the island, after Jamanota.

At this local bakery you can enjoy both pastries and delicious Pastechi.
