Cozy Casa

**NEW** Cozy Casa has recently been completely renovated and fully furnished. With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, the attractive house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.

The attractive house is located in a quiet residential area in Cumana, about a 5-minute drive from the center of Oranjestad and the airport. The nearest beach at Surfside Beach with several bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' drive away. Barefoot Aruba is also located here, one of our favorite restaurants in Aruba. The beaches of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach are approximately a 10-minute drive away. Within walking distance is a newly opened CMart supermarket with an extensive range and fresh departments.

The villa has a porch with a nice lounge area and a large dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy breakfast outside overlooking the pool. The whole is surrounded by a spacious garden with mood lighting, plants and privacy. There is a private swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and a parasol. There is also a fixed coal BBQ and separate gas BBQ.

There are three bedrooms with two king-size box spring beds and a queen size box spring. The bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV (including for use Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and other internet channels). The main bedroom has a spacious walk in closet. Two bedrooms have a desk. There are two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet and sink (once double and once single). Both showers have hot water. There is also a hairdryer.

The complete kitchen has a large American fridge with a large freezer compartment, ice cube dispenser and cold water tap. The kitchen is also equipped with a 6-burner gas stove with gas oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and other necessities.

There is a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and a safe. The house is equipped with an alarm and of course there is WIFI with internet access in and around the house. The living room has a dining table and a cozy sitting area with a Smart television that is connected to cable television on which local, Dutch and foreign channels can be seen. For a day at the beach, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cool box and umbrella are also available. Luxurious XXL beach towels are also available.
