The house is detached, located in a quiet new neighborhood.
Living area is 75 m2, the total ground area is 305 m2
The house has 3 bedrooms of +/- 11 m2, each with 1 double bed of 180 x 200 cm.
In each bedroom there are: "also a dressing table, 2 bedside tables and a 3-door hanging / laying wardrobe.
The bedrooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The house has 2 identical bathrooms with toilet and shower. Showers with hot water
The kitchen is equipped with a spacious refrigerator with freezer, oven and gas stove.
A TV can be found in the living room and in 1 bedroom.
Gas BBQ available
Camping cot available, no linen for this.
Living room and kitchen are also equipped with ceiling fans.
Towels, bed linen, beach towels, beach chairs and a washing machine are provided.

Outside you will find a lovely patio where you can sit in the shade.
The spacious swimming pool (9 x 3.5 meters) can be found behind the house. At its deepest point, the pool is 1.7 meters. Be careful with small children!! The pool does not have a separate fence .
The house is completely fenced for your privacy.
We recommend that you rent a car during your stay in Aruba.
Public transport is available, but not everywhere on the island.

My name is Monique Messing. I work as an independent entrepreneur in the hairdressing profession and work as a hairdressing teacher at a ROC.
I am married and have 2 sons. In 2012 I bought a newly built house in Aruba.
In March 2013 we started renting out the house as a holiday home.
Together we try to give our guests a good time in Aruba.
