Palmbeach Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa that can accommodate 6 people. This great child-friendly villa is located in the Palmbeach district, an 8-minute walk to Palmbeach Plaza and about a 12-minute walk to the beach at the Holiday Inn hotel. Bedroom 1 (box spring) has its own full bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 (box spring) and bedroom 3 (two single beds) share a bathroom.

The villa offers a comfortable interior and the living room and bedrooms are equipped with inverter / air conditioners. From the large living room (including flat screen TV) with fully equipped kitchen you have a view of the terrace with a wicker lounge set and the tropical garden with a lovely (salt water) swimming pool. Here you will experience everything you need during your stay.

The water sports activities and the beautiful white beaches of Aruba such as Palm Beach are minutes away. By car you are less than 10 minutes away from Eagle Beach, Arashi Beach or Boca Catalina where snorkeling and diving is great.

Explanation of prices

A reservation starts as soon as we have received the 25% deposit on our account. The remaining payment of 75% must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival.

Cleaning costs: the accommodation is delivered clean before each stay.

Deposit: the deposit will be returned on departure (unless of course there is damage, then it will be deducted).

Use of accommodation:
We ask our guests to treat the accommodation and property with respect.

House rules:
No parties or other events!

Capacity:
Our accommodation is rented for the exact number of people who have booked. If more guests arrive than planned, we have the right to refuse them.
Accommodation is not allowed without consultation.

Valuables:
We cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the villa or garden and decline all responsibility in case of loss or theft.

Deposit:
By paying the deposit you agree to the rental conditions.

Cancellation
We recommend that you take out travel insurance. If border(s) and/or airport(s) are closed due to Covid-19 and it is not possible to travel, the reservation may be postponed or we will issue a refund.

The villa is located in Palm Beach, within walking distance you have the beach of Palm Beach, the shopping center, a small supermarket and many cozy restaurants and bars. Oranjestad is about 10 minutes by car and here you can also shop to your heart's content, go to the market or just grab a drink on a terrace. It is necessary if you want to see something of the island yourself that you have a car, this does not have to be the entire holiday. The various beaches are definitely worth a visit, such as Baby Beach and Arashi Beach. Of course you can also see a lot of the island through tours. All in all there is plenty to do and see when you have had enough of lying poolside doing nothing all day.
