Through a spacious hall you enter the beautifully decorated living room with an open staircase to the large landing on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor is a beautiful open kitchen with a dining room and on the other side a separate furnished room. There is a large bedroom with a separate bathroom.
Through 2 patio doors you enter the garden through the porch.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom and a balcony, where you have a view of the garden and the swimming pool at the back of the house. The 3rd bathroom is also on the 1st floor.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is completely walled. At the back there is a covered terrace. This house is equipped with an alarm system and has wireless internet and cable TV.
The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning.

The consumption of electricity and water will be deducted afterwards, possibly comply with the mandatory deposit to the administrator.
PAYMENT:
To capture the reservation should be made after acceptance of 50% of the rent. The rest will be paid one month before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation fee up to one month before arrival are 50% of the rent.
Cancellation within one month before arrival are 100% of the rent.
Upon transfer of the rent you agree to the terms.
The rent shall be paid into a Dutch bank account, any foreign costs are the responsibility of the tenant.
Check-in time depending on arrival in Aruba. Check out on the day of departure no later than 11.00.
