La Casa Piu Bella is less than 5 minutes from the beginning of Palm Beach and the end of Eagle Beach. This is the area where Aruba's most beautiful pearl white beaches and blue sea are located.
The High rise hotel strip where many well-known hotels and a large number of variations of restaurants and entertainment venues are located is therefore a stone's throw from us. We are also well located at one of Aruba's best supermarket, namely “SuperFood” (Jumbo) where you can go for your daily necessities.
You don't have to worry about bookings of recreational activities, restaurants, private chefs, tours and car rental. We at La Casa Piu Bella can offer you a concierge who will arrange all this for you without any hassle and free of charge.
La Casa Piu Bella consists of a two-storey villa with a spacious balcony from where you have an excellent view of Aruba's beautiful ocean view with an unforgettable sunset. In the second floor there are five spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own flat screen TV. In one of the bedrooms there are 2 queen-size beds (can be converted into 2 bunk beds) and in all the other king-size beds. Also on this floor is a very spacious living/dining room and 2 spacious luxury bathrooms with comfortable bubble baths.
When entering the villa you will find yourself with the artistic stairs gallery and a work corner where you as a possible entrepreneur can handle matters at home in peace. On the left side of the villa you will find our luxurious kitchen, which is equipped with modern kitchen equipment. Built-in coffee machine, electric hob and dishwasher, oven, microwave, everything from Miele and Boretti. And of course the accompanying dining room that can accommodate up to 20 guests.
In the living room there is a spacious and comfortable L-shaped Rolf-Benz sofa and from there you can enjoy your favorite TV series / movie on a large LCD screen via the IP TV. All last mentioned living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor are also the 3 bedrooms where the "Master bedroom" stands out with its desirable walk-in closet. Also in all these bedrooms are king-size beds / flat screen TV and bathrooms safes.
Last but not least, at the rear of the villa you will find a wonderful swimming pool with a separate jacuzzi, which are not heated, but because the Aruban sun shines for 365 days, this is very pleasant where you can recover from a long holiday. The Roman gazebo corner with BBQ grill can also provide unforgettable Aruban evenings.
Although the villa is located in a very quiet and familiar environment, we have equipped it with an up-to-date home alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguishing equipment. Disinfectants for a safe holiday are at your disposal.
