Completely new villa for 6 people, a three-minute drive from Eagle beach. Our Villa is within walking distance of large supermarkets and close to Aruba's nightlife. Beaches, restaurants, hotels and the well-known strip where there is lots to do. The villa has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning in every room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, ice cube machine, etc. Towels and bed linen are provided in this accommodation, and there is also a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.

The villa has a large terrace with private swimming pool, porch and gazebo with a lounge set.

We are Ad and Annette. For thirty years we have been enjoying wonderful holidays on this beautiful island. The charm, the tranquility and the atmosphere touched us so much that we decided to buy our own place here.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation
The rental agreement can be cancelled from the day of the reservation, within 14 days and with the deduction of a 5% administration fee. After this, the 1st payment (being 50% of the rent) applies as compensation for keeping the rental period reserved. In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, we are forced to charge 100% of the rent. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
