It was a wonderful stay at Molino La Ratonera. We stayed at La Palomera. A cozy, detached cottage with its own inner terrace. As a result, we had a lot of privacy. We really relaxed here. The place and its location lend itself perfectly to this. Read and sunbathe by the spacious swimming pool. And in the vicinity of Zagra there are beautiful places to visit and fun things to do within driving distance. For example, we went to Granada for a day, we walked Caminito del Rey and we went rafting for a morning. Every evening you can order freshly baked bread rolls for breakfast. And then sometimes cucumbers from the neighbor's land are among them. That contributed to the ultimate holiday feeling for all of us. At Molino la Ratonera you don't have to do anything. Just slow down...

In mid-August with my husband and 2 daughters (6 and 8 years old) I enjoyed spending a week in La Palomera. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely swimming pool with plenty of shade. The house was also good to keep cool despite the fact that there is no air conditioning. For a trip you have to sit in the car a little longer, but because of the beautiful surroundings that is not a punishment. We have been to Granada 2x and 1x to Iznajar to swim in the lake. Both highly recommended.
