La Panaderia (the Bakery) is a spacious flat with elevated views over the waterfall. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
This two bedroom flat is located on the site of the old bakery, 2 floors above the lower mill.
La Panadería offers accommodation for up to four people in two double rooms.
The front doors open into the kitchen and the sitting/dining area that runs the length of the flat.
At the end of the living area, double doors open onto a very private terrace with stunning views over the river valley and the waterfall.
At the front of the flat are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
The other bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet.
La Panadería is situated on the estate Molino La Ratonera.
Our unique, charming private estate features two water mills, a 16th century mill tower and a 6 meter waterfall, and is located in a lush river valley.

Next to the river and the waterfall is the old water mill from 1894, where the bar, reception and our private residence are located.
Furthermore, there are six independent guest accommodations on our property, all restored with attention to detail, love and care.
Andalusian charm has been preserved throughout and each property has its own private outdoor space.
At the front of our site is the eco-friendly separate kidney-shaped swimming pool with pool deck and sun loungers.
In the lower watermill you will find a library and a fitness room.

Despite its tranquility and seclusion, it is the perfect holiday location as it is well connected with the most popular towns in Andalusia and the popular villages of Iznajar, Algarinejo and Zagra.
On the ground floor of the Molenhuis there are restored mill machines and we have a private bar for our guests.
Outside the Mill House is a large paved courtyard and to the side is the original mill arch with the restored mill wheel inside.
This courtyard is shaded by two mature vines and here is a terrace with built-in barbecue.
