It's that we can't give a grade higher than a 10. The location is fantastic, with a magnificent view over the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
From there you can make many nice trips, e.g. to the beautiful Volterra and if possible even more beautiful San Gimignano. Nice seaside resorts, with beautiful beaches, are also within reach.
We were here for the 2nd time and now had a different apartment, but this 'house' was also fully equipped, spacious and attractively decorated. The terrace/garden with the most beautiful view, and of course the lovely swimming pool, complete it.
An absolute bonus are the owners, Truus & Lucas. Super sweet, sociable, fun and extremely hospitable people. Nothing is too much!
We were there for the 2nd time, but this was certainly not the last time! In short, highly recommended this place!

Your presence has also brought us a lot of pleasure and certainly your promise to come back again, flatters us!
And then came the remark from you that when we left the next day, there were still some leftovers in the fridge, Truus picked up on that and said that there were also "leftovers" (in Italian " avanzi ") with us. Both cooking + a little wine, the result is the perfect farewell evening.
