The Bosco-2 apartment with all its contemporary comfort can accommodate up to 2 people and consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The living room is furnished with all care and there is also a television with all Dutch and many international channels. A safe is available and free internet by means of a safe Wi-Fi is a possibility.
The complete kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave/oven, kettle, coffee maker and large fridge-freezer.
   The modern bathroom has a handmade double sink, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.
   The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 and two windows opening onto your terrace.
   Your terrace is directly accessible with two patio doors where shade sails and 4 comfortable adjustable hardwood chairs and table are available. You also have access to your own BBQ.

The farmhouse "Fonte Migliari" is located in one of the most beautiful triangles in the world, which is formed by - each about seventy kilometers away - the beautiful historic cities of Florence, Siena and Luca.
Carefully restored in 2007, the country house from 1820 is located halfway up the hill of Montecatini Val di Cecina. This village is located 1800 meters from our podere and is definitely worth a visit with its medieval center. In Montecatini V.C you will find a post office, a bank and various shops for your daily shopping. In the meantime, a third restaurant has been opened with a particularly good and original Italian cuisine. Near the village and the house there are several excavations and a beautiful forest for walking.

On the ground floor, three beautiful apartments have been created in the podere, using the old and antique materials with beamed ceilings and Tuscan floors. The apartments all have a spacious terrace, equipped with chairs, table and shade cloths with a view over the beautiful valley.

Just over fifty meters away, is the swimming pool of 14.00 x 7.00 m. The swimming pool is beautifully situated in the middle of a large stone panoramic terrace that provides those wonderfully quiet and relaxing moments.

While sailing on the Mediterranean we had a storm in the port of Cecina flights. During our journey we came around in the village of Montecatini VC and fell in love with this part of Tuscany. Summer 2000 we bought the ruin Finding professionals and authentic materials has lasted six years. Weekly price includes

• Tourist tax € 1.50 pp maximum 7 days.

Voluntary cancellation by the renter.

In the event of voluntary cancellation, other than as referred to in the policy conditions of the cancellation insurance taken out, or in the event that no cancellation insurance has been taken out, the following rules apply;

In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant is obliged to pay 10% of the rental amount, plus costs incurred.

In case of cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant is obliged to pay 50% plus the costs incurred.

In case of cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental amount, plus costs incurred.

For the months of July & August, the use of the programmed air conditioning is included.
