The attractive apartment CERVO, with all contemporary comfort, is suitable for a family of 4 people and consists of 2 rooms, a luxurious bathroom and a large private terrace with shade cloths. The living room is fully furnished with all care and equipped with LED-HD TV with satellite (Dutch and International) channels and WiFi. The complete kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave/oven, kettle, coffee maker and a large fridge-freezer combination and all kitchen utensils. The modern bathroom has a handmade sink, a walk-in shower, luxury free hanging toilet and bidet. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 and two windows that open onto the private terrace. There are also two full 80x200 single beds available in the living room. Your terrace is directly accessible through two French doors where shade cloths and comfortable adjustable hardwood chairs and table support the comfort. The apartment has its own BBQ on the private terrace that is located directly on the garden. The up-to-date and fully furnished apartment has independent central heating and air conditioning.

The swimming pool is beautifully situated, with dozens of cypress trees on the hill side and towards the valley a fantastic view of the valley with its grapevines, wheat fields, olive trees and the town of Volterra on the other side of the valley. The swimming pool is 14 X 7 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with a spacious terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols for everyone, who are in the sun all day long. The swimming pool is open from May 1 to October 1. THE SWIMMING POOL IS FILLED WITH WATER FROM OWN NATURAL SOURCE.

The carefully restored farmhouse from 1820 is located halfway up the hill from Montecatini Val di Cecina. This village is 1800 meters away from our podere and with its medieval center is well worth a visit. In Montecatini VC you will find a post office, a bank and various shops for your daily shopping. A third restaurant has now opened with a particularly good and original Italian kitchen. Near the village and the house are several excavations and a beautiful forest for walking.
In the podere, three beautiful apartments have been made on the ground floor, using the old and antique materials with beamed ceilings and Tuscan floors. The apartments all have a spacious terrace, equipped with chairs, table and a parasol with a view over the beautiful valley.

HOW IS THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE; The house is located with two other farms in the sloping valley, together grain (for the spaghetti), wine (red and white), olive trees (for the oil) and vegetables (for own use) is grown on the estate of approx. 40 hectares cultivated.
