Of course, we take your comment about hygiene very seriously as we are committed to ensuring that people can enjoy their stay in a clean environment. First of all, it should be noted that after every change, all linen is replaced by freshly laundered new linen. We find it very annoying that apparently a hair has been left behind. Perhaps the bedding was washed together with other laundry that had hair on it, or that a hair got caught on the mattress cover during washing. This was then overlooked when making the beds. We apologize for this.
After every change, the house is thoroughly cleaned, but apparently a spider web has been left behind. In the future, we will check the spot near the door with extra care for cobwebs.
