Looking for a perfect base in Jomtien, near the sea and very close to all the facilities you will need, such as many restaurants, bars, bank, supermarket etc. etc.? Then this studio is a perfect match!

From the sixth floor overlooking the pool, the morning sun on your balcony without being overlooked.
Our studio is equipped with all the necessary amenities, is clean and tidy and offers all the possibilities for a relaxing holiday.

As mentioned, there is plenty to find in the area. In the tourist information tips you will already find some of the necessary amenities, delicious restaurants and nice places to visit!

Jomtien is located near Pattaya, fifteen minutes away by taxi. In Pattaya itself there are a number of large shopping malls that are well worth a visit. Terminal 21, Mike shopping Mall, Royal Garden, Central Festival are some of the examples. The first one in particular is worth seeing for its unique design.
Jomtien itself is a little quieter, but certainly not quiet, In recent years there has been a lot of building, so that there is also a lot to be found in Jomtien. Only the large shopping centers are still missing.

The beach is within walking distance (about 500 meters) from our studio. Beach chairs can be found everywhere along the kilometre-long boulevard. For a beach chair you pay on average about € 3,= (rates 2024) per day.

In the tips we have mentioned a number of restaurants that we like to visit ourselves. However, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of restaurants in the area, not only Thai cuisine, but also Western cuisine is well represented. The most important tip: If there are a lot of people, it's usually fine. Skip empty restaurants! You can also generally eat well at the various markets. Check if there are many people, both Thai and foreign, then you can assume that it is okay. If you don't like spicy food, please indicate this clearly with your order (Mai phet!).

We have owned this studio for many years and come here every year to enjoy Thailand for a few weeks. We would like to share this with our guests, which is why we have also rented out our studio for some time now.
We are very careful with our belongings and expect our guests to treat our belongings with respect.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices excluding € 60,= for the final cleaning after your departure.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 89 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 41 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 27 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 13 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
