Laundry and restaurants are located downstairs in the arrivals hall.

The swimming pool is located on the boulevard side and is only accessible to guests of the apartment.
Next to it is the HILTON with a 6-storey floor full of shopping small.
Booking early is being sure of a spot, and also cheap flights.
No permit is required for Thailand if you do not go longer than 30 days.
You can obtain this visa for longer than 30 days at the Thai embassy in The Hague.
We work with rental contracts/conditions

DISCOUNT: for a longer consecutive period of (3 months+)
Booking during holidays is also always possible!, PROVIDED if the period is free of rental.

The deposit (deposit) is paid on arrival at the office / rental organization (on the 3rd floor of the apartment complex / entrance) 10% of the rent.
The deposit will be refunded after 14 days after the end of the rental period.
*The rental price is Exclusive: water-electricity-cleaning-in between-linen change.
*The rental price includes: free safe in the kitchen cupboard !! at check-out - leave the safe door open, and pens outside.

The door access to the apartment has a code lock, ask for this at the start of the rental.

The office is open from 09:00h to 17:00h Mon/Fri on Saturday number of hours in the morning.

For the permanent winter visitor who stays for 3 consecutive months, we have nice discounts, inquire with the landlord! The flat is very accessible for wheelchair users by means of 4 lifts. Pattaya is only 140 kilometers away from Bangkok, and many taxis drive back and forth for little money. If you do not know, you will soon pay more than necessary. Something for everyone, from Jazz to Modern, to Back to the 70`s. You are also right on the beach from your apartment, where the beach chairs are already ready with umbrella if desired, and where you can enjoy your drinks or snacks that are freshly made in front of you, or rather sit)) and that every day and night again and again !There are rumors that one should not eat from the street! believe me !! You can safely eat what you see, it is understood nowadays, that when you prepare food while you watch, more and more people come to it, and therefore more sales! Thailand is a large country and stretches from north to south (a few thousand kilometers long). I personally can't tell you anything about it, because I haven't made domestic trips myself. If you go longer than a month, you must get a tourist visa at the Thai consulate, this is possible in The Hague and /or Amsterdam.Passport may not have expired longer, than half a year AFTER returning to the Netherlands!!! It is better to estimate this period more broadly, you never know with calamities, and this gives a lot of unnecessary hassle, Covid, ask your airline for the entry conditions to enter the country.
