The deposit is paid upon arrival at the office/or rental organization 10% of the rental price.
The deposit will be refunded 14 days after the end of the rental period.
*The rental price does not include: water, electricity, cleaning in between and linen changes.
*The rental price includes: free safe in the kitchen cupboard!! When checking out, leave the safe door open.
*The rental price includes: TV signal (inquire at the counter downstairs if there is no signal!

The door access to the apartment has a code lock, ask for this when renting.

The office is open from 0900H to 1700H Mon/Fri on Saturday mornings.

*You are asked to report damage and/or malfunctions within 24 hours upon arrival, so that they can be resolved quickly and so that they do not deduct from your deposit.

Thailand is a large country and stretches from north to south (a few thousand kilometers long). I personally can't tell you anything about it, because I haven't made domestic trips myself. It is better to estimate this period more broadly, you never know with calamities, and this gives a lot of unnecessary hassle, Covid, ask your airline for the entry conditions to enter the country.
