This beautiful villa with private pool and jacuzzi is minutes away from bustling Pattaya with its shopping centers, wonderful nightlife and beautiful beaches.

The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, a large L-shaped living room (80m2), spacious kitchen (20m2), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. ( Sofa Bed in a bedroom) The living room has a flat TV, spacious sitting area and large dining table with 8 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped; Large fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a large flat TV, a walk-in closet with a private bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet.

The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the kitchen you enter the spacious terrace, equipped with a large table with chairs, there you also have access to a BBQ and there are fans for cooling.

At the pool with Jaccuzzi you have an outdoor shower, sunbeds and beach chairs at your disposal, there is a large garden with tropical plants and surrounded by a high wall for total privacy. The total area of the villa with swimming pool is 600m2.

The Villa is located on a guarded compound 24/7 and is located on a main road with several supermarkets, local markets, delicious restaurants, pubs and cozy bars within walking distance.

There is also a bakery where you can buy fresh bread every morning. (Transportation is not necessary, everything is within walking distance. The villa is just minutes (3.5 KM) from the center of Pattaya with its large shopping mall's, famous nightlife, street markets, golf courses and beautiful beaches.

Prices do not include electricity, the meter will be noted on arrival and paid to you at check-out

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
