Ground floor: The house has a hall, kitchen, front and back room together and a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink and washing machine).
Induction cooking in the kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge-freezer.
In the front part of the room there is a spacious dining table for 6 people. A table chair is also available
to be placed.

The wood-burning stove provides a comfortable, atmospheric warmth during the cooler times of the day. (firewood is sufficiently available and free to use). Upper floor: via the wide wooden stairs you reach the upper floor with 2 spacious bedrooms and a large landing with door to the balcony. The front bedroom has a double bed, 1.80x200. The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds. two of 90×200 and 1 of 80×200. There is a children's bed measuring 60x120 available on the landing. Duvets and pillows are available for all beds. If desired, you can rent bed linen and a towel package from us for a small fee, otherwise you will have to provide this yourself. Other: a cot and high chair are available. Pets allowed.

Rönndalsvägen is located on the edge of the forest, just outside the village of Munkfors. The center is only a 20-minute walk away. Behind the house is a long garden with a guest house against the hill and a large barn with a badger sett.
In front of the house there is a garden with morning sun. Garden furniture is available so you can enjoy the forest air and forest sounds.
There are ample recreational opportunities in the immediate area, especially with regard to active nature experiences.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
