This upstairs apartment has a covered balcony at the front, four bedrooms, three of which have a queen size bed and one with a queen size bed. The master bedrooms have their own toilet and shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. Spacious kitchen/dining room and living room. A maximum of 7 people can stay. If you have 8 people, a mattress can be placed if you wish. The window near the stairs and the access doors in the living room and kitchen have thieves' iron. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Around the apartment there is a large garden with a large mango tree that bears delicious mangoes (teté manja). Who knows, you might be lucky enough to taste them one day.
There are 2 professional managers who do not live on site but are always available if you need them. In any case, one of the two is always present at your arrival and departure.
The yard is raked 3 times a week and a gardener ensures that the verge is neatly mowed twice a month.
The area has extra neighborhood security from Brotherhood Security from 6 p.m. and cameras have been placed around the entire site. The area where this apartment is located, Mon Plaisir, is known as an upper middle class neighborhood in the north of Paramaribo.
