This beautiful home is located in a sought-after and safe neighborhood in Paramaribo. In addition, there is an alarm system in the house which is connected to a control room so that your stay is absolutely safe.

The house has 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. Both rooms also have a single bed so that 3 people can sleep in both rooms.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Furthermore, the house is equipped with a modern kitchen with hob, refrigerator and microwave.
There is a modern smart TV in the living room and you can use free Wi-Fi.

Outside the house there is a balcony and an indoor terrace that you can use. The house is located in a very quiet area but nevertheless a short distance from the center. There are also several shops in the immediate vicinity, including the recently opened International Mall of Suriname

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 21st day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 21 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The cot is only possible upon availability. Please inquire prior to booking whether it is available and report immediately when booking so that it can be kept available for you .

In the immediate vicinity of the house is the International Mall Of Suriname, a brand new contemporary shopping center with many facilities.

Tip: Go to Leonsberg, rent a boat with a skipper for a whole day and go to the mouth of the Suriname River where you can take a boat tour on the Suriname River and the Commewijne River that come together here. Here you can spot them, among other things, and you can be transferred to the various plantations on the other side of the Commewijne River, where there is always a willing guide who can explain everything about the plantation.
