The house is located in Latour in southern Paramaribo, near the Indira Ghandiweg and Coesewijnebrug. The house has three bedrooms and two verandas. Due to its location on the northeast, the front has a refreshing breeze. The wind can pull through the house nicely.
You can enjoy the rising sun and hear the birds chirping. After 11 am there is shade at the front and the hammock invites you to relax.
The 360 m2 terrain is fenced. The garden has flowering plants and fruit trees.
You can quickly reach the city by bus, car or bicycle. Outgoing roads, mall and covered markets are a short distance away. Various local shops, banks, bakery, polyclinic and pharmacy are just around the corner.
Our caretaker lives next to our house.
