The house has a large L-shaped terrace around it with self-designed thieves' iron, which can be opened completely during the day and thus offers an unobstructed view. The terrace has a homemade dining table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sitting area, 2 hammocks around the corner and a hardwood sitting area with cushions handmade and designed by the rasta boys of Pikinslee.
Inside there is also a dining area with 4 chairs and open kitchen, an office with desk and washing machine, a sitting room (Z-shape) with TV. A 1st bedroom with 2-person bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and walk-in bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and a 2nd bedroom with air conditioning, 2-person bed, closet and walk-in bathroom with shower and toilet. Around the bungalow grass with bougainvillea, avocado tree and flowers. Private parking on driveway.
