This cosily furnished apartment is located on the beautiful Seru Coral Resort in the beautiful tropical garden with the most beautiful largest round pool in the area. The pool is an oasis with good sun loungers, nice umbrellas, palm trees with a waterfall in the middle and 1.80 deep water . There is an additional children's pool.

The apartment is located on the wind and has a semi-open balcony with opening windows, so that you have the idea of sitting outside. This is a good solution in Curacao, because you sit in the shade yourself and have a good wind that blows in, but you can still place screens in the rainy season and then sit outside. The living room incl. The balcony is therefore a good place to stay in the heat. There is a large 6-person sofa, which may be. can also be used as a sofa bed. A 50" TV with chrome cast for streaming, dining table with 4 chairs and rocking chair. The bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe with mirror wall, air conditioning and a smart TV. I am Anneke, enterprising, spontaneous and open minded. Raised in the Netherlands, studied and lived in Germany and always worked as a self-employed person. Explanation of prices

We find these prices very reasonable for a beautifully located, quiet apartment with a beautiful pool and not far from beaches and Willemstad. You do need a car, but you can rent one at the park from 22 euros. Certainly cheaper than a location directly on a beach, where it is also much busier.
Electricity and water is expensive on Curacao. Therefore, these costs are calculated separately at the end of the rental period. Each apartment has its own meters. These costs are NOT included in the rental price.
The apartment is properly cleaned by a cleaning company at the end of each rental period. We pass these costs on to you at E50. To prevent damage, etc., we ask you for a deposit of E 200. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure and/or settled with the energy costs.
