The villa is very private and has spectacular views of the sea, montgo and Javea port plus the old town (pueblo).
One of two outside seating areas. The naya is covered so you can enjoy a drink or snack out of the heat of the sun.
The outside dinning area is very spacious and is next to the broil king bbq.
The sunbathing area enjoys full sun all day from March until mid November. There are also large sun shades if you need to cool down.
The entrance to the villa and some of the established and colourful gardens surrounding the villa.
The outside dining area or leads around the corner to the naya. These are covered as it is too hot to eat in the direct sun.
One of the two private terraces off the main bedroom, with amazing views.
Stunning views of the montgo mountain from all the villa, but especially the main bedroom.
The second private terrace off the main bedroom, again with fabulous sea views and very private.
The villa has high speed optic fibre internet as well as underfloor heating. The tv has free channels, movies, live sports and box sets.
The spacious lounge area opens up to the swimming pool and garden. Fantastic views with flat screen tv, loads of free tv channels and a pellet burner for the winter months.
The living area flows reallu well and is very open plan. This shows the entrance hall with the kitchen and dining room plus the lounge area.
The dining area is open plan and leads to the lounge and kitchen, plus has access to the outside terraces and pool area.
The inside dining area leads directly from the open plan kitchen and out into the naya.
Kitchen area is bright and open plan. Containing a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer.
The open plan kitchen has black, glass top of the range Seimens appliances and a large island.
The dining area and kitchen are connected by a large island where you can enjoy breakfast.
A sun room has a drinks fridge and is connected to the utility room.

From the terrace at the back of the house you have a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea.
The house has two floors, of which only the top floor is in use. In the future, we will also include the bottom floor, which is now only used for storage.

The garden is very spacious and has several seating areas, so you can always look for shade.

The terrace on the side of the living room has a long table with 8 chairs for fine dining and enjoying the sea views
From the kitchen you enter the side terrace where you can enjoy a sheltered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially in the hot summers, this is not an unnecessary luxury.
The beautiful entrance is a nice entrance, but you can also enter through the large gate, so you don't have to climb stairs. There is also room to park 2 cars behind the gate.

From the kitchen you enter the cozy living room with large dining table and a sitting area with fireplace.
