Inside, the apartment has been completely renovated. A modern kitchen with all conveniences. Spacious living room with dining table and 6 chairs, corner sofa and smart TV.
From here the spacious balcony with sea view and evening sun is integrated.
2 large bedrooms. 1 with large king size bed and the other with 2 1-p beds and a bunk bed. Possibility to put down extra mattress. 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has an outdoor shower.
The terrace is semi-covered with a pergola, has 3 sun loungers, parasol, a table with 6 chairs and a bar with 4 bar stools, from which you can look out over the harbour and the sea. If you rent our own Citroen C3 you have a private parking space at the harbor, so you don't have to walk far and find a parking space. Downstairs many cozy restaurants, shops, ice cream shops, tour operators, canoe rental, diving & snorkeling and boat trips to spot whales and dolphins as well as to the hidden beaches between the
rocks for swimming.
From Los Gigantes you can make many walks and it is centrally located for other trips on the island.
At 450 meters walk you will find the swimming pool at Tipsy Terrace, where you can stay for 6 euros p.day inkl. lounger. Here you can also enjoy delicious food and drinks.
At 500 meters walk you will find the natural swimming pool, free of charge
The public swimming pool OASIS is a 350-metre walk away. Beautiful location with great views. Open again July/Aug.
