The apartment is new (September 2023) and is centrally located 300 meters from the Mar Menor. It has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It is located on the first floor with a view of a beautiful swimming pool for the guests staying in the apartment. The apartment also has a large terrace of 15 m² and there is also the possibility to enjoy the sun on the roof terrace at any time of the day. There is an elevator in the building which is convenient for people who have difficulty walking and a private parking right in front of the door behind a fence.
Within a radius of 500 meters there are several small supermarkets and more than 15 restaurants and tapas bars. The village is alive all year round.
The kitchen has all modern amenities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave , refrigerator, freezer, toaster and coffee maker. The necessary kitchen equipment is provided.
There is also a vacuum cleaner, a washer/dryer machine, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
In the storage room on the roof there are 2 sun loungers available. These can be used on the roof for sunbathing or by the pool.
Optionally (to be reserved when booking) a high chair and/or a cot can be provided.
On the terrace there are 2 recliners and a sofa. Breakfast on the terrace is perfectly possible, there is a table with 4 chairs on the terrace.
The living room is equipped with a TV of the latest generation where you can stream your TV programs directly using the available wifi.
Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and are equipped with a walk-in shower. The necessary towels are provided.
There is an air conditioning/heating system for all rooms. In addition, both bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan which can also provide a very pleasant cooling. The necessary bed linen is available.
