The holiday home is quietly located, comfortably and cosily furnished. It is located 700 meters from Playa De Los Narejos beach on the shallow coast of the mar menor. On the beach you can practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing and other water sports.

The property is located in San Javier in the Murcia region close to the town of los Alcazares.
San Pedro de Pinatar with its famous mud baths is 15 km from the holiday home. In the right period, flamingos can be spotted in the wild in the salt lakes of San Pedro.

The house has 3 terraces, a breakfast terrace at the front, a cozy garden terrace at the rear and a sunny roof terrace.
The kitchen, living room and toilet are on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with air conditioning. Furthermore, a bathroom with bath/shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. A travel cot is available for the little ones.
Via a staircase on the first floor you reach the sunny roof terrace, which is equipped with a storage space, outdoor shower and a lounge chair. The cushions of the lounge chair and the cleaning material are present in the storage space.

The living room is equipped with a large smart TV where you can watch Netflix on your personal account. There is also Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee machine and an induction hob. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.

There is parking space in front of the house. There is also a private parking space in the street at the back of the house.

Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home.

In the area there is a public swimming pool with tennis courts and a spa resort at 300 meters. For sports enthusiasts who want to play golf, the roda golf resort is located 1.5 km away. You can swim in the sea at 700 meters. The house is located in the center of Los Narejos. Close by is the tapas restaurant la camaleón, supermarkets and a breakfast café. On Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 there is the weekly market that takes place around the corner at 50 meters from the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 10 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks 60% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 100%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
