La Casa Naranja is a holiday home divided into 2 apartments (La Casa Naranja BG and La Casa Naranja 1st floor). The holiday home can be rented as a whole or separately.

La Casa Naranga BG :
This apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, dining table (for 6 people), sitting area, TV with built-in chrome cabinet and WiFi. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms

A cot and high chair are available, if you would like to use them, please let us know so that we can prepare them for you.

All windows have shutters and mosquito nets.
Bedrooms + living room/kitchen are all equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold).
Living room and 2 bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

At the front is a spacious covered terrace.
At the rear is a spacious semi-covered terrace with an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with sink, electric hob and BBQ.
washing machine available in outside cupboard.
Beach equipment such as chairs, table, parasol and various beach toys can be found in the cupboard outside, which you can use free of charge.

We are Jan Willem and Lizette, proud parents of a son and daughter from the Netherlands, and we would like to invite you to join us in enjoying our dream of a second home in Spain.
We chose the warm orange color and that is why we chose the name La Casa Naranja.
Here on the Costa Calida we have really understood what “quality time with the family” means. We attach great importance to spending time together, and that fits seamlessly with the Spanish lifestyle!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price.
- cancellation between 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
