Holiday home for 6 people with private pool.

Our holiday home is a very recently built house with freshwater pool, solarium with outdoor kitchen and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and all amenities such as internet (fiber optic), air conditioning, washing machine. Terrace facing southwest.

The holiday home has a sunny terrace on the southwest. There is also a private heated freshwater swimming pool that provides the necessary refreshment after a day out or on hot days. There is an outdoor shower, a lovely terrace with a large dining table and awning.

The 3 nice bright bedrooms each have spacious fitted wardrobes and each have their own complete bathroom with towel heating. Then we have a lovely large roof terrace with lounge set, large table with 6 chairs and sun awnings (pergola) for when it gets too hot and you prefer some shade.

Casa de Mariquita is just 750 metres from Mar Menor Beach.
Our house is in a location where the air quality is very high.
This also makes the house an ideal location for people with skin conditions, rheumatism, gout, painful joints and lung conditions.
This climate/water/air quality is a breath of fresh air and particularly pleasant.

We are Sven and Jessie and we would like to welcome you to our beautiful holiday home. Casa de Mariquita is located in Santiago de la Ribera, an originally charming fishing village, belonging to San Javier, about 50 minutes drive south of Alicante in Spain. We have been on holiday a number of times in Torrevieja and then went a little further south and lost our hearts in Santiago de la Ribera. Here we found the peace and quiet we were looking for.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar is a natural park in the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar in the north of the province of Murcia, Spain. It is located between the Mar Menor lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea. In the vicinity are also the Salinas of Torrevieja and La Mata.
