Welcome to Villa Casa Lobo
We would like to welcome you to our white, luxurious and comfortably furnished holiday villa in Santiago de la Ribera on the Costa Cálida. We have done our utmost to give you the basics for a wonderful family holiday.
The brand new architecturally built villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood barely 700m from the coast and is fully equipped. A place by the sea where you can enjoy the sun, the blue sky, peace and space.
Modern villa
The modern white villa, sleek in design and very comfortable to use. Through the large sliding glass doors, the living room borders the spacious terrace, so you always have an indoor/outdoor feeling. The house has electric shutters in the bedrooms so that it stays nice and cool in the summer months. This villa gives you the ultimate holiday feeling.
Ground floor...
The villa is completely on one level, without thresholds and therefore also suitable for people who are a bit older and/or less mobile. You can park the car in front of the house, so you don't have to walk far.
Terrace
On the huge terrace you have plenty of shaded areas and the large aqua blue private swimming pool with shallow areas / benches, where the (small) children can also play. There are 4 sunbeds, dining table with chairs, sun cloth, parasol, a comfortable sitting area and a barbecue with outdoor kitchen.
Kitchen...
In the villa you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, extractor hood, microwave and a large fridge-freezer. Also fine facilities, such as a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, there is plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner and various household materials. A first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are also available.
2 Bedrooms & 1 bathroom...
There are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, the first bedroom has a double bed of 1m80. The second is a bedroom with a large bunk bed (1m50 at the bottom). The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
All beds are of exceptionally good quality, there is also a cot and high chair available. Both bedrooms have beautiful spacious fitted wardrobes with hanging / lying area. In addition, the bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with heat and cold air conditioning. At any time of the year, this ensures a comfortable climate throughout the house.
There is an extra toilet in the house.
Internet/WIFI free of charge.
There is a smart TV as well as a Sonos sound system. (app can be downloaded yourself), Chrome Cast. A mobile bluetooth box completes a sultry summer evening.
Environment
5 minutes walk and you are on the coast. Beautiful walks, bike and car tours. A little more inland you immediately imagine yourself in another world and you can enjoy the beautiful unspoiled nature, mountain roads, wild flowers, almond trees, birds, insects, reptiles and plants. The wonderful climate allows you to enjoy the healthy outdoor life all year round.
Promenade & Restaurants
Santiago de la Ribera has a pleasant promenade that runs to Lo Pagan, directly by the sea and a harbor, with shops and a number of restaurants and bars. In the many eateries you will find a diversity of cuisines, from Spanish, Italian, Oriental, grill and of course you can enjoy the many fish specialties and Spanish tapas in the many restaurants. So not only during the day but also during the many summer evenings it is nice to stay on the beach and the promenade.
