Rural cottage located in the middle of banana plantations with an excellent location, near Los Llanos de Aridane and Tazacorte beach.


At the entry, on the right we find the living room, which have Tv sat and on the left, there is the well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are connected with the living room; One with one single bed and the other with two single beds and a toilet. It has also a bathroom with shower.

Outside, the house has also a pool and a large terrace with loungers and terrace furniture.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 16 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
