Upon entering the house we find a spacious living room with television and fireplace that shares a room with the dining room and the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. This living-kitchen area has a mezzanine with a double bed. The house also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The entire house is equipped with central heating.
Outside, it has a pleasant covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. At the back of the house there is another terrace with the barbecue and near the entrance is the private pool and sun loungers.
Thanks to its splendid location, from the house and its terraces you can see beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic and the northern slope of the island, with cultivation areas and remains of chestnut forests, laurel forests, oaks, etc., as well as birds and other types of characteristic fauna and flora.
