A set of three independent houses of traditional Canarian construction located in the municipality of Breña Alta in the east of the island.

This rural house is for a maximum of 3 people, has 1 bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and fireplace as well as other amenities. Outside it has a terrace to enjoy the views and the environment in which the house is located.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price per night for 2 people. Additional person: 21 €/night. Final cleaning included. No deposit is requested. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

Payment terms: 40% of the total amount within 48 hours of confirmation and the remaining 60% at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation conditions (cancellation fees on the rental amount):

- From 45 to 31 days before arrival: 10%

- From 30 to 21 days before: 40%

- 20 to 8 days before: 60%

- 7 to 2 days before: 80%

- 1 day before, the day of entry or no-show: 100% price
