Villa FERNANDO is a beautiful 3 bedroom sea view house with 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped new kitchen, swimming pool and a BBQ to ensure you have a fantastic time in Andalusia.

Our house offers you the perfect mix between direct access to Almuñécar & privacy - no direct neighbors at 200m around the house with a breathtaking view.

The house is recent, nicely decorated, has a large swimming pool including many comfortable terraces and all modern appliances (Wi-Fi, air conditioning / heating, docking station, flat screen TV, ...) and a garden with fruit trees (2500 m²).

The house has 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 1 large bathroom and 2 toilets.
All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. When you arrive, all beds are made and soft towels are waiting.
The living room and open kitchen form one whole, which is ideal for a cozy atmosphere when preparing food, and give direct access to the terraces and the swimming pool. The new kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and multifunction oven, induction hob, toaster, mixer, large fridge, freezer, ..., and there is also a fireplace in the living room.

On the terrace there is a covered BBQ, a cozy outdoor lounge and a large dining table under the pergola for unforgettable moments with family and friends.
There are several sun loungers by the pool.

The house has a large garden with fruit trees and a fantastic 180° view over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. 10 minutes drive to Almuñécar, restaurants & bars, beaches & holiday activities, close to some typical white villages such as Jete, Otivar, Salobrena and Itrabo with their local shops and typical restaurants. The house offers a retreat in the Andalusian environment and is perfect for a family holiday.
